Employee Appreciation Day Campaign
This set of designs was created for Workhuman's Employee Appreciation Day campaign. This was launched on Customer Central to over 200 customers, with more than 6 million active users. Customers could download and customize the campaign materials in easy-to-use templates for both Adobe programs and PowerPoint. 

The Goal:
To create a cohesive campaign touching on how recognition can help increase overall employee performance. Working with the communications manager, I was given the task of creating a design that fits the phrase "Feeling seen helps us thrive."

After a couple of quick iterations, we decided on the below design and brought it in to collaborate with the art director, making sure it was staying true to the brand. We ended up adding two Gaussian blur effects on the cloud-like forms that improve the overall feeling of being seen. With that final touch, we were ready for launch!
